The short version: we store what you track and the minimum needed to run your account. Your history is yours — you can export it or delete it at any time, and disconnecting a platform deletes the tokens we hold for it.
What we store
- Account: name, email, and a password hash (handled by our auth layer; we never see the password).
- Tracking: which titles, episodes, and games you marked, with statuses, ratings, notes, and dates.
- Integrations (opt-in): your platform account id, the display name and avatar the platform returns, and encrypted tokens where the platform requires them.
- Operational logs: sync history (what changed, how long it took, what failed) so you can see why a number changed. Retained for 90 days.
What we do not do
- No selling or renting personal data.
- No third-party advertising pixels at launch.
- No reading of platform data beyond the scopes shown on the Connections page.
- No storage of platform passwords. Ever.
Your rights
- Export: download everything as JSON or CSV from the dashboard.
- Delete: deleting your account removes your tracking, lists, integration tokens, and achievements.
- Correct: every synced value can be overridden by hand; manual edits always win over a sync.
- Withdraw consent: disconnecting a platform deletes its tokens immediately.
Sub-processors
